Christians Against Poverty (CAP) course at Everyday Church

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is a charity that has been running for over 20 years. CAP are passionate to see people released from poverty and debt in the UK and across the world and to gain control of their finances generally. They partner with local churches to run money advice services, debt assistance and much more.

Everyday Wimbledon ran the Money Course in April 2018 and this is what some of the people who came on the course said:

“Thank you! I had heard of the course before, but thought it was just for people who were in debt. No-one had ever taught me how to budget and I’d always felt scared about my finances and not really in control of them.  Now, I have built a budget. I am in control of my finances and this is very liberating!”

“It’s so empowering to look your finances in the eye from a fresh perspective and apply simple, effective strategies to take control and gain financial freedom.”

“I think the course was great.  It made me more aware and conscious regarding what to spend and what not to spend.  Also, it brought me hope that I now believe I can fix and clear my debts.”

“It gave me the confidence I needed to start saving to buy a house.”

“The course has helped me and my partner to become one unit and unified with our finances.  You truly don’t understand the good feeling of organising your finances until you are doing it.  I am eternally grateful for this course.”

Everyday Wimbledon are proud to partner with CAP to bring their life-changing training here.  We will be running the next course on Mondays in June, 11th, 18th and 25th at 7.45 – 9.45 pm.
