SleepEasy 2014: raising money to tackle homelessness

A week on Saturday Everyday Kingston will open its doors overnight to support the brave souls who’ve chosen to sleep out in the (currently swamped!) memorial gardens for the annual SleepEasy event, raising money for the work that Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness and the YMCA are doing amongst the homeless population in Kingston.

There’s still an opportunity for Everyday people to get involved – we’re looking for a couple more volunteers to cover the following slots: 4pm – 6.30pm (set up), 6.30pm – 10pm & 10pm – 2am… Duties will include staying dry and providing the happy campers with soup and refreshments.

If you want to volunteer or just come along for the evening just mail difference@everyday.org.uk
